Daycare, Babysitting, Nannies

Aspen Center for Physics encourages you to bring your family with you during your summer workshop. We have a limited number of funds available to help assist with Daycare costs. Please apply for financial support during your application to be considered for these funds.

Babysitting Agencies

Aspen Center for Physics families often join together to provide childcare for babies and young children. Professional babysitters and nannies in our region are typically $30-40 per hour and may have a minimum number of hours required. Contact emily@aspenphys.org for more information before your arrival to see if there are older kids on campus who are interested in babysitting.

For the most up to date information, we recommend visiting the City of Aspen Childcare Directory.  We have also found that Mountain Parent Directory has up-to-date seasonal information about different organizations, as well as a nice summer camp tool (usually released in Feb/Mar).
