SUMMER CAMPS

If you are interested in signing up your child for a camp or summer program, do it early! Camps are plentiful in Aspen, but they fill fast. Preferably, sign up in the early springtime.

If a camp states that it only accepts Aspen locals, reach out and tell them you are visiting the Aspen Center for Physics. Many programs consider physics children anyway.

  • Summer Camp registration opens in early April and will fill quickly. It says on the website that children must be enrolled in school in the Roaring Fork Valley. However, they make an exception for the children of visiting Physicists. You MUST email Lyndsey Jackson, Camp Supervisor at citycampdirector@aspen.gov when you sign up online to let her know that you are with the Aspen Center for Physics.
