Winter Conferences in Aspen


Winter Conferences are held from January through March. Click here for a list of this year's conferences.

Days and times vary, but talks are usually Monday through Friday from 8-11 a.m. & 4-7 p.m. Each conference has a banquet dinner at Aspen Meadows, an adjacent resort hotel where most participants are housed. Participants may reserve a seat at the banquet for $70 per person.

Applications are welcome. Everyone, including invited speakers and organizers, must complete an application and pay the $400 registration fee. Two weeks after the application deadline, applicants should receive an email notifying them of their acceptance status. Generally, winter conferences are able to accept most applicants, but some meetings are oversubscribed and must turn away qualified participants. Click the links at the left to learn more.
